Dear Mr Estrada: Our trip was wonderful and we had a great group: 6 English, 4 Americans and us (French). We almost cried when we had to say good bye to each other at the end of cruise! Ship was good, very comfortable and plenty of water in the showers. The Galapagos Islands have not changed (it is our second visit!) and they still are the last paradise on earth to approach birds so close. Puerto Ayora has inded changed, but it is more colourful and fun now with nice gardens. Cook on the ship was very nice, he cooked such great meals that we did not expect which we enjoyed a lot as we like wine such dinner times were "special happy times". At the end we were even lucky as the airline upgraded us to Firstclass. What else could we ask for? It was an unforgettable trip! Thanks!

From a service/logistic view we have to give credit to you and your staff.  We can only comment favourably on the quality of customer service.  From the drivers (always on time, helpful to assist, friendly) to the guides (very knowledgeable, flexible, friendly and always ready to assist when required).  Please also convey our appreciation to them again for their part to make the trip worthwhile. Accommodation has been good throughout the trip.

There are so many interesting places on the "wish list" for future exploration but we have made up our mind to revisit some areas covered during this trip. When?  Not sure yet but we most probably would need your assistance again in a few years time.

For now - thank you again for the very smooth running of the whole trip leaving us to enjoy and not worrying about the nitty-gritty of "will the driver be on time, what will the guide be like, etc"

Galapagos was spectacular! Once in a lifetime experience Snorkelling  was great too. Saw sharks, turtles, sea liaons and thousands of fish. Loved the snorkelling ! Guides were great and ship was first class, service great.MachuPicchu was terrific. Breathtaking when you first explore. Much larger than I thought. Good weather. Great pictures. Unforgettable. Cusco was a bit of a struggle with the altitude but very interesting.Guide and tour in Lima first class.  Guide was really smart woman.
